Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, concierge, or field marketing, preferably in hospitality or vacation ownership.
• Proven track record of achieving lead generation targets, engaging customers, and closing direct sales.
• Strong drive for learning, career growth, and measurable business impact.
• Ability to communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and use tablet/booking tools.
• Open availability for nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify high potential prospects and present compelling vacation options to convert leads into package sales.
• Engage event foot traffic and on-site visitors to expand Vacatia’s pipeline.
• Input customer details and process payments using tablet-based booking software.
• Collaborate with On Site Event Team Leaders to deliver pitches and maintain exhibit spaces.
• Document interactions with speed and accuracy to support sales objectives.
