Qualifications

1+ years in sales, customer service, concierge, or field marketing; hospitality or vacation ownership preferred.
Proven track record of lead generation, engaging customers, and closing direct sales.
Reliable travel to multiple event locations; valid driver’s license; nights/weekends/holidays availability.

Responsibilities

Identify high-potential prospects, present vacation options, and convert leads to sales.
Engage event foot traffic and center visitors to expand Vacatia's pipeline.
Input customer details in tablet booking software and process real-time sales data.
Collaborate with On Site Event Team Leaders to deliver pitches and maintain exhibit spaces.
Build rapport, listen to customer preferences, and document requirements accurately.
