Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, customer service, concierge or field marketing; hospitality/vacation ownership preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving lead targets, engaging customers, and closing direct sales.
• Strong drive with learning mindset and goal-oriented attitude to impact company growth.
• Clear communication, trust-building, and ability to use tablet tools in fast-paced settings.
• Open availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Unrestricted driver's license and ability to travel to multiple event locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential prospects, present vacation options, and convert leads into package sales.
• Engage event foot traffic and sales center visitors to expand Vacatia's pipeline.
• Implement tablet-based booking software to input customer details, process payments, and manage real-time data.
• Partner with On Site Event Team Leaders to deliver pitches, maintain exhibit spaces, and support team objectives.
