Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, customer service, concierge, or field marketing experience.
• Experience in hospitality, resorts, or vacation ownership preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving lead generation targets and closing direct sales.
• Able to communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and handle fast-paced environments.
• Open availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Unrestricted Driver's License and ability to travel to multiple event locations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify high potential prospects, present vacation options, and convert leads into sales.
• Engage event foot traffic and visitors to expand Vacatia’s pipeline.
• Input customer details, process payments, and manage real-time sales data on a tablet.
• Partner with On Site Event Team Leaders to deliver pitches and support team objectives.
• Build rapport, listen to customer preferences, and complete required documentation quickly and accurately.
