Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. This role combines clinical case coverage in the operating room with education and field-based sales to drive product adoption within a defined territory.

You will build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, develop territory plans, and work toward meeting or exceeding sales quotas while supporting surgeons with the CORI robotic system and navigation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical devices preferred.
• Experience selling orthopedic products in healthcare advantageous.
• Proven track record selling to surgeons or hospitals.
• Experience leading or mentoring sales reps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room.
• Train surgeons on Smith+Naphew products and educate programs within territory.
• Collaborate with surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, and administrators to drive adoption of products including CORI robotics system.
