Job summary

Smith+Naphew in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative to serve as a technical consultant in total joint reconstruction, collaborating with surgeons and hospitals to drive product adoption and revenue.

You will cover clinical cases in the OR, educate surgeons on Smith+Naphew products, and work with cross‑divisional teams to raise awareness of the CORI robotic system within your territory. A relevant degree and medical device sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years sales experience in medical device industry preferred.
• Preferred experience selling orthopedic products in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room.
• Train surgeons on Smith+Naphew products through education/programs in your territory.
• Work cross‑divisionally to increase awareness and adoption of products including the CORI robotic system.
