Job summary

Stryker is seeking an OnSite Specialist in Silverdale, WA to provide clinical surgical support and equipment management for OR teams. You will anticipate device needs, troubleshoot, and coordinate with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, and biomedical personnel.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to report data monthly. Travel and varying shifts may be required within the region, with HIPAA compliance and professional presentation expected.

Qualifications

• OR experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment.
• Anticipates related device needs of the OR staff and surgeon during procedures.
• Troubleshoots and maintains Stryker equipment and related devices.
• Works with surgeons, OR personnel, central processing, biomedical and related staff.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment and disposable products through Stryker training.
• Informs physicians and OR personnel about new/current products.
• Records and reports data metrics monthly.
• Maintains up-to-date account information and vendor credentialing.
• Records surgical procedure information accurately.
• Adheres to Stryker and facility policies and procedures.
• Analyzes and resolves routine/non-routine product issues with judgment.
• Maintains professional appearance and attitude.
• Adheres to HIPAA and patient confidentiality policies.
• Provides coverage on shifts including on-call and travel as needed.
