Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Field-based OnSite/Expansion Services Specialist to support OR equipment during procedures and post-operative handling. The role requires OR familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment under pressure.

Based in the Dallas area, travel up to 10% may be required, with on-call coverage and rotating shifts as needed. A CRCST/related certification is beneficial and ongoing education is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Operating Room experience and anatomy knowledge preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in high-stress environments.
• Willingness to travel as required (10% travel shown).

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Stryker equipment per surgeon preference.
• Provide clinical surgical support and troubleshoot devices.
• Record and report data metrics monthly and maintain account information.
• Adhere to HIPAA and facility policies and procedures.
• Assist with on-call coverage, including overnight travel when required.
