Stryker is seeking an OnSite Specialist in Denver, CO to deliver in-room support for MIS procedures and ensure optimal performance of Stryker equipment. You will work with surgeons and OR teams, set up towers, lights and integrated systems, and troubleshoot issues during procedures.

Required OR experience, solid communication, and ability to travel across accounts as needed. Shifts may include overnight and weekends; on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• OR experience and knowledge of anatomy, procedures and techniques.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and strong communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues in high-stress environments.
• Willingness to provide coverage across shifts and regions.

Responsabilités

• Set up Stryker equipment per surgeon preference.
• Ensure equipment functionality and image routing prior to procedures.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Post-procedure breakdown and restock of equipment.
• Educate staff on proper use and troubleshooting of products.
