Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness and smooth product flow for exceptional patient care. You will anticipate device needs, adjust equipment during procedures, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Role involves collaboration with OR staff, central processing, and biomedical teams, with a focus on documentation, ongoing training, and educating clinical staff on product use. Travel to other accounts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts, and arrive within 45 minutes when on call.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently; ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and use fine motor skills for extended periods.
• Visual acuity, color vision, mobility, and dexterity for equipment and documentation.
• Travel and coverage at other accounts, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products to ensure readiness.
• Support OR teams by anticipating device needs and ensuring seamless workflow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain accurate documentation for equipment usage and performance metrics.
• Stay current with training and educate staff on product use.
• Follow safety and privacy standards and maintain professional appearance.
