Job summary

Lime is seeking an Operations Specialist in Seattle to support daily operations, deploying and retrieving our fleet of shared electric vehicles, and wearing many 'helmets' to back the Lime team.

You will safely operate a van, engage with the local community, complete safety checks, assist with events, and help with battery management and minor maintenance. This role requires outdoor work, lift capability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid in-state driver license and a clean driving record.
• Experience in a similar position with knowledge of the local geography.
• Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg on a frequent basis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van for deployment and retrieval of Lime vehicles.
• Interact with the local community while ensuring safety and de-escalation when needed.
• Address city requests related to stickers, reflectors, etc., per SLAs.
• Maintain communication with team, shift lead, and manager.
• Support Lime events, including valet services and safety reviews.
• Assist with battery management documentation and safety checks.
