Job summary

Lime is seeking an Operations Specialist to support daily operations by deploying and retrieving our fleet of shared electric vehicles in the Los Angeles area. You will operate a van, interact with the local community, and help ensure safety and vehicle readiness.

Responsibilities include maintenance, safety reviews, battery management documentation, and field support for riders. You will work outdoors across various schedules and contribute to a safe, reliable fleet.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver license.
• Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience in a similar position with knowledge of the local geography.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van for deployment and retrieval of Lime vehicles.
• Interact with the local community and assess safety risks.
• Address issues with city requests related to stickers, reflectors, etc.
• Maintain communication with the team and leadership.
• Support Lime events and safety reviews including valet services.
• Assist with battery management documentation and quality checks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on vehicles.
• Monitor zones to ensure vehicle parking compliance and tidiness.
• Report uncommon on-ground service and product situations.
• Assist customers in the field when needed.
