Job summary

Lime is seeking an Operations Specialist to support daily micro-mobility operations in the local market. You will deploy and retrieve Lime electric vehicles, interact with the community, perform safety checks, and assist with field maintenance and warehouse flow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license and good driving record.
• Experience in a similar position with knowledge of the local geography.
• Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg on a frequent basis.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform quick and efficient repairs.
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with team members, riders, and city officials.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van for several hours a day to assist with the deployment and retrieval of Lime electric vehicles within the local market.
• Interact with the local community to retrieve vehicles and assess risk while maintaining safety.
• Address issues related to city requests as outlined by Lime SLAs.
• Maintain communication with the team including peers, shift lead, and manager.
• Support battery management operations with documentation, safety measures, and quality checks.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles including brake adjustments and tire inflation.
• Monitor zones on-foot to ensure vehicle parking compliance and tidiness per city requests.
• Detect and report uncommon on-ground service and product situations.
• Assist customers in the field with Lime vehicles when needed.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure riders are on safe vehicles.
• May operate a pallet jack or push cart as needed.
