Job summary

Lime is seeking an Operations Specialist in Los Angeles to support daily operations, deploying and retrieving our fleet of shared electric vehicles. You will wear multiple roles to assist the Lime team and ensure safety and efficiency in the local market.

Responsibilities include operating vans for deployment, engaging with the community, handling city-related requests, and supporting maintenance, safety reviews, and warehouse flow. This is a contracted role employed by a third-party employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local geography and area.
• Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van for deployment and retrieval of Lime vehicles.
• Interact with the local community to address issues while ensuring safety.
• Resolve city requests related to stickers, reflectors, etc., per SLAs.
• Maintain communication with team, shift lead, and manager.
• Support Lime events, valet services, and safety reviews.
• Assist with battery management documentation and safety checks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs as needed.
• Monitor zones with on-foot patrols for parking compliance and tidiness.
• Detect and report unusual on-ground service or product issues.
• Assist customers in the field when required.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure rider safety.
• Operate pallet jack or push cart when needed.
