Job summary

Lime is seeking an Operations Specialist – Overnight in Seattle, WA to support nightly deployment and retrieval of Lime electric vehicles. Join a fast-paced field team and help ensure safety, reliability, and timely service for riders and cities.

The role requires outdoor work, the ability to lift and move equipment, and strong communication with team members and city partners. Temporary, on-site position with growth opportunities within Field Support & Mechanics.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid in-state driver license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a similar position with knowledge of the local geography.
• Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van for several hours a day to assist with the deployment and retrieval of Lime electric vehicles within the local market.
• Interact with the local community to retrieve vehicles and assess risk to safety.
• Address and resolve issues as outlined by Lime service level agreements.
• Maintain communication with the team including peers, shift lead, and manager.
• Support battery management operations and perform preventative maintenance on vehicles.
