Job summary

Lime is seeking an Operations Specialist in Seattle to support daily operations for the fleet of shared electric vehicles. You will deploy and retrieve scooters, interact with the local community, and assist with safety reviews and maintenance tasks.

The role requires 21+ years old with a valid license, ability to lift up to 65 lbs, and willingness to work evenings and weekends in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver license.
• Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience in a similar position with knowledge of the local geography.
• Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg frequently.
• Experience safely operating a pallet jack or push cart.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a van for deployment and retrieval of Lime electric vehicles.
• Interact with the local community to manage safety and feedback.
• Address city requests related to stickers, reflectors, etc., per SLA.
• Maintain communication with team including shift lead and manager.
• Support Lime events and safety reviews; ensure vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist with battery management documentation and quality checks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and small repairs on vehicles as needed.
• Monitor zones on foot to ensure parking compliance and tidiness.
• Report uncommon on-ground issues and assist customers in the field.
