Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Market Support Restaurant Manager to provide hands‑on leadership across multiple store locations in the Dallas area. You will train staff, bridge staffing gaps, and support new store openings while maintaining operational efficiency and brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel locally to support different sites. You will help stabilize operations during openings, transitions, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with training and developing staff across multiple locations.
• Ability to travel locally between locations as needed.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim management support across multiple locations during openings, transitions, or staffing gaps.
• Drive operations, guest experience, and team engagement.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and guest service.
• Train and coach hourly teams and new hires as directed for short‑term and long‑term assignments.
• Identify operational challenges and provide real‑time feedback to maintain performance.
