Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Market Support Restaurant Manager to provide hands-on leadership and training across multiple locations within a ~35‑mile radius in the New York area. This field-based role stabilizes operations, fills staffing gaps, and ensures consistent execution of Dunkin standards.

You will train hourly teams, support new store openings, and travel as needed to keep restaurants aligned with brand and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in QSR or multi-unit settings.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally between locations.
• Ability to adapt quickly and lead in diverse environments.
• Experience with food safety, labor, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim management support across multiple locations during openings, transitions, vacations, or staffing gaps.
• Drive operations, guest experience, and team engagement.
• Ensure consistent execution of Everyday Coffee Operational Excellence and Dunkin standards.
• Train and coach hourly teams and new hires.
• Identify operational challenges and provide real-time feedback.
• Support new store openings and assist with setup and team readiness.
• Maintain health, safety, and labor compliance.
• Foster a positive team culture and brand values.
