Job summary

Dunkin is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team. You will lead floor operations, drive brand training and help ensure excellent guest experiences across a single Dunkin restaurant.

You will also assist with scheduling, training, and maintaining brand standards, safety, and profitability, while developing your leadership and service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings with the Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify staff.
• Create a guest-focused culture and respond to feedback with action plans.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Assist RM with scheduling, staffing and budget-related tasks.
• Manage cash handling and file adherence to cash policies.
