Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Market Support Restaurant Manager to provide interim leadership and training across multiple locations in a designated market area. The role requires traveling between nearby restaurants to stabilize operations, bridge staffing gaps, and ensure consistent brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and team engagement.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to coach

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in QSR or multi-unit settings.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally between locations as needed.
• Able to adapt quickly and lead in diverse environments.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience coaching and training hourly teams and new hires.
• Familiar with food safety, labor, and inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim management across multiple locations during openings, transitions, vacations or staffing gaps.
• Drive operations, guest experience, and team engagement.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and operating excellence.
• Train and coach hourly teams and new hires for short- and long-term assignments.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges; provide real-time feedback on performance and staffing needs.
• Support new store openings and assist with operational setup and readiness.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Foster a positive team culture and uphold Dunkin brand values across locations.
