Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• QSR, multi-unit or training experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide training support and interim leadership across multiple Dunkin locations.
• Bridge staffing gaps and support new store openings and transitions.
• Lead operations, guest experience and team engagement consistently.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges; give real-time feedback on performance and staffing.
