Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team in daily operations in our Texas location. This role covers all duties of the RM in their absence and focuses on guest satisfaction, operational excellence and profitability of the restaurant.

The role involves leading brand training, scheduling, staff development, and ensuring compliance with laws and franchisee policies.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Assist Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
• Lead team meetings with RM.
• Oversee brand training programs and shift staff.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture and ensure standards are met.
• Control costs and manage inventory to maximize profitability.
