Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Field Operations Trainer in Texas to lead onboarding and safety training for warehouse staff. You will conduct classroom and hands-on sessions, coordinate with Operations and EHS, and generate progress reports in the Alchemy system.

A strong emphasis on safety and practical coaching is required. Requires at least 3 years of training experience in warehousing, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work 1st/2nd or split shifts across multiple

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a field operations trainer.
• Experience delivering safety and operational training.
• Ability to coordinate onboarding across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training records and facilitate classroom training for onboarding and safety.
• Lead onboarding and refresher safety training for warehouse staff.
• Monitor training progress using the Alchemy system and generate reports.
• Observe trainers and employees to identify gaps and opportunities for certification.
• Coordinate with Operations to schedule OSHA training and company policies.
• Work off shifts or at other sites to meet training demands.
