Job summary

RJW Logistics Group seeks a Field Operations Trainer to lead onboarding and safety training for warehouse staff, conduct classroom sessions, and monitor progress using the Alchemy system. You will coordinate with Operations to schedule OSHA training and policy reviews, while maintaining training records and providing feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a field operations trainer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training records.
• Facilitate classroom training for onboarding and safety.
• Facilitate refresher safety and cross training.
• Monitor training progress in Alchemy.
• Conduct observations on trainers and employees.
• Schedule training with Operations for OSHA and policies.
• Provide constructive feedback and maintain positive rapport.
• Work off shifts or other sites as needed for training needs.
• Ensure strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety.
