RJW Logistics Group is hiring a Warehouse Trainer to lead hands-on training for new and existing staff in our Mesquite, TX warehouse. The role emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, and cross-site training, with occasional forklift operation as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience in training or related roles, with strong English communication and document handling skills. On-site work with potential shift adjustments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on the job training to equipment operators and warehouse staff.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing staff.
• Maintain training records for regulatory and internal purposes.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company SOPs during training.
• Plan and schedule training tasks and cover multiple duties as needed.
• Operate as forklift operator when required.
• Travel to RJW buildings to deliver training as needed.
