Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a Field Operations Trainer to lead onboarding and safety training across multiple facilities in Texas. The role requires solid experience in delivering classroom and on-the-job training for warehouse staff, with flexibility to cover 1st, 2nd or split shifts.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and SOPs is preferred. The trainer will use Alchemy tools to track progress, coordinate with Operations for OSHA training, and develop trainers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a field operations trainer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training records for all warehouse employees.
• Facilitate classroom training, safety and operational onboarding.
• Coordinate refresher and cross-training sessions with operations.
• Monitor training progress using the Alchemy system.
• Observe trainers and employees to ensure effective instruction.
