Job summary

Exelon is seeking a qualified supervisor to plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees in the construction, operation and maintenance of electric and gas facilities. The role focuses on safety, customer satisfaction and efficient work delivery, including on-call emergency response and budget-conscious planning.

You will lead a team, enforce safety rules, and manage performance and growth opportunities within a collaborative, diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience.
• 2-3 years internal supervisory experience or good Supervisory Assessment.
• Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating and construction work practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support and enforce safe work behavior; knowledge of safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees in execution of work to achieve safety, reliability and productivity goals.
• Provide leadership to and development of the craft workforce; conduct performance reviews and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate emergency response with 24-hour on-call responsibilities.
• Work within departmental budgets and plan resources to meet business plans and objectives.
• Promote a high performance culture and a diverse, learning environment.
