Job summary

Aerotek, an Allegis Group company, is seeking a Field Operations Associate in Florence, KY. The role focuses on onboarding, compliance, and front‑office customer service to ensure a smooth contractor start.

You will handle background checks, drug testing, and E‑Verify tasks, while coordinating with Compliance and field teams to maintain accurate contractor data and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in front‑office customer service and handling onboarding documents.
• Customer or sales focused experience is preferred.
• Experience in a team‑oriented environment and delivering world‑class service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance.
• Manage onboarding packets (authorization forms, drug tests, background checks) and update Candidate Tracker until candidate is cleared.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with E‑Verify requirements (expired documents, compliance).
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception).
• Order and organize office supplies, manage mailing/shipments, file and maintain office directory.
