Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding documents and policies are current and validated.
• Manage onboarding packets and candidate tracker until start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing, and medical screening processes.
• Ensure contractor compliance with E‑Verify requirements.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (phone and reception).
• Order, maintain and organize office supplies and mail/shipments.
• Deliver world‑class customer service in every interaction.
