Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Field Operations Associate in Grand Rapids, MI. You will manage onboarding, background checks, drug testing, and contractor compliance, while delivering excellent front-office support and customer service.

Role involves coordinating with Compliance, maintaining records, and ensuring contractors start on schedule. Bachelor’s degree preferred, and experience in a team environment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements and onboarding documents are current and compliant.
• Manage onboarding packets and update the Candidate Tracker until clearance to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening for contractors.
• Oversee E-Verify requirements and document expirations.
• Provide front office customer service via phone and reception area.
• Organize office supplies, shipments, and paperwork.
