Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Startup Operations member to lead new Dedicated Transportation Solutions startups and provide ongoing field support. You will train drivers and managers, write process docs, and assist with system testing and design-level consulting.

Expect extensive travel (75–80%). You will be assigned to new locations nationwide for fixed periods and must not return home during assignments. Ryder values safety, innovation, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of supply chain/logistics/warehouse experience required.
• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required; advanced level preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics regulations is required.
• Understanding of SCM components is expected.
• Manufacturing/production knowledge is highly valued.
