Job summary

Valet Living, LLC is seeking a Field Services Leader to manage daily field operations across an assigned market. You’ll lead a team of part-time technicians delivering waste stream services for multifamily communities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and strong client experience.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership in the field, process improvements, and using data to drive decisions while supporting growth and operational readiness across communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a field-based or operational setting.
• Experience leading a dispersed, part-time workforce across multiple locations.
• Background in retail, hospitality, home services, or B2B with a client-first mindset.
• Experience driving operational improvements or remediation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train, coach, and develop a field services team to ensure consistent service and safety.
• Set expectations for productivity, quality, and service standards and coach performance.
• Conduct on-site audits, scorecard reviews, and address performance gaps.
• Support recruiting and performance management with HR.
• Oversee day-to-day service execution across communities and clients.
