Job summary

Via is seeking a Field Manager in Prescott, AZ to lead daily on-site operations, manage drivers and riders, and coordinate with city partners. This in-person role requires 4–5 days onsite each week and a hands-on approach to keeping services reliable.

You will use data to diagnose issues, implement improvements, and build strong relationships with drivers, riders, and internal teams. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Run the daily onsite operations of our service to provide safe, reliable, and accessible transportation.
• Make real-time decisions about fleet, driver supply, compliance, rider needs, and unexpected issues.
• Guide and support drivers, building strong relationships and ensuring they deliver great service.
• Turn rider and community feedback into tangible improvements and collaborate with internal teams.
