Job summary

Via is seeking a Field Manager in Prescott, AZ to lead daily onsite operations and ensure safe, reliable transportation for riders. This hands-on role requires strong people skills, logistics experience, and the ability to make quick decisions in real time while collaborating with city partners and drivers.

The position is fully in-person, onsite 4-5 days a week, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Must have operational experience in people management, logistics, or customer service.
Strong communication and relationship-building with drivers, riders, and city partners.
Hands-on, field-based, and able to solve problems where they occur.

Responsibilities

Run the daily onsite operations of our service. You'll make sure our operations run smoothly to provide our riders with safe, reliable, and accessible transportation.
Make real-time decisions on fleet, driver supply, compliance, rider needs, and unexpected issues to ensure reliable service.
Guide and support drivers, build relationships, address concerns, and ensure they can deliver great service.
Turn rider and community feedback into improvements; spot patterns and collaborate for actionable changes.
Use data and technology to monitor performance, diagnose problems, and implement efficiency improvements.
Serve as the operational bridge between city partners, drivers, and Via teams to realise community goals.
