Job summary

Via is seeking a Field Manager to oversee daily onsite operations, ensuring safe, reliable and accessible transportation for riders. You'll make real-time decisions on fleet and driver supply, guide drivers, and translate rider feedback into measurable improvements.

Based in Prescott, AZ, this in-person role requires being onsite 4–5 days a week. You will use data to drive performance improvements and serve as the bridge between city partners and Via central teams.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in field roles or operations.
• Experience managing drivers/field teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building.
• Willingness to be onsite 4–5 days a week.
• Prescott, AZ residency or relocation.

Responsibilities

• Run daily onsite operations to provide safe, reliable transportation.
• Make real-time decisions on fleet, driver supply, compliance, and rider needs.
• Support and guide drivers; build trust and address concerns.
• Turn rider/community feedback into actionable improvements.
• Use data to diagnose performance and implement solutions.
• Serve as the operational bridge between city partners, drivers, and Via teams.
