Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years in field management, retail operations or sales leadership.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop field-based teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively across territory; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Brand Ambassadors.
• Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Implement coaching plans and corrective actions to drive results.
• Ensure compliance with tobacco marketing regulations and age-verification standards.
• Manage territory coverage, scheduling, and workforce deployment.
• Audit field execution and reporting for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and store management.
• Communicate performance updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Support events, activations, and strategic initiatives as needed.
