Job summary

We Whiten is seeking a Field Performance Manager to own field accountability and drive performance across regions. You will monitor daily syncs, forms completion, attendance, camera behavior, and studio readiness.

You will also manage new hire onboarding, regional communications, and the resolution of complaints and orders. The role emphasizes ownership, relentless follow-up, and the ability to move multiple pieces toward concrete outcomes, with a focus on measurable improvements in field

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in Slack and multiple systems.
Strong accountability and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Willingness to provide tough feedback while maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

Own field accountability by monitoring daily syncs, forms, attendance, camera expectations, and studio cleanliness.
Track performance, reviews, and referrals; push reps to meet goals.
Lead follow-through on complaints, billing issues, and membership problems.
Oversee new hire onboarding, training progress, and check-ins (days 7, 14, 30, 60).
Coordinate weekly regional communication with leaders; prepare focused agendas.
Ensure issues are resolved and tasks are completed by the right owner.
