Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field management, retail operations, sales leadership, or a related role.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop field-based teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout an assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Brand Ambassadors.
• Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Implement coaching plans and corrective actions to drive results.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage territory coverage, scheduling, and workforce deployment.
• Audit field execution and reporting for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners and store management.
• Communicate performance updates, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
• Support special events and market activations as needed.
