Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, drive efficiency, and manage staff and assets. You will coordinate safety programs and regulatory compliance while aligning operations with financial targets and customer service goals.

The role requires 7+ years in landscaping/construction operations, leadership experience, and strong communication in English (Spanish helpful).

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in landscape or business; or equivalent service experience.
• 7+ years in construction or landscaping operations preferred.
• 2+ years in management within landscape/service industries.
• Licensing in pesticide/fertilizer preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and company systems (FSM, BrightPath).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational processes to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations and foster teamwork.
• Create weekly and monthly labor plans; monitor expenses and resource use.
• Source products, manage inventory, and coordinate vendor deliveries.
• Ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and risk management.
• Track KPIs and report to leadership; drive data‑driven improvements.
• Maintain high customer service standards and jobsite quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects to support branch growth and goals.
