Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the branch’s daily operations, focusing on efficiency, cost control, and service quality. You will lead teams, manage labor planning, procurement, and safety compliance to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Applicants should bring 7+ years in landscaping/construction with 2–3 years of management experience, plus strong communication and bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2 or 4 year degree in a landscape or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in construction or landscaping industry.
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience within the landscape or service industry.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and programs including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, FSM, BrightPath, MFP/WAR calls.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to create and foster a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Forecast labor and monitor expenses to meet targets.
• Procurement and inventory management with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure safety compliance and risk management.
• Report KPIs and progress to Branch Manager daily.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize operations.
