Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellent customer service. You will lead staff, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement across departments within a field-based environment.

You will also coordinate labor planning, procurement, inventory, and compliance programs while leveraging BrightPath, Power BI, and other systems to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor’s in landscape or business field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in construction or landscaping; 2–3 years in management.
• Pesticide/fertilizer license preferred; strong MS Office and field systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations for efficiency and safety.
• Lead, train, and develop staff; conduct evaluations.
• Execute weekly/monthly labor planning and control costs.
• Source products from vendors; manage inventory and maintenance.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management with audits.
• Track KPIs and report using BrightPath, Power BI, Leadr, FSM.
• Drive customer service quality and project delivery on time.
• Coordinate projects and resource planning with stakeholders.
