Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of oilfield service experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office products and data handling.
• Actively utilizes AI in multiple aspects of operations.
• Exceptional ability to network and manage internal/external relationships.
• Working knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OHSE regulations and compliance.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, conflict resolution and people-management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels; safety-focused.

Aufgaben

• Directs and manages field service team to meet company and customer expectations.
• Ensures understanding of Prairie Field Services’ policies and systems and partner relationships.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customer contacts in the field.
• Drives and measures customer satisfaction related to field service deliverables.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures for Prairie Field Services work.
• Evaluates practices, procedures and facilities for risk and regulatory adherence.
• Responsible for site surveys and journey management plans.
• Responds to incidents and assists in data collection and reporting.
• Reports on health and safety issues and statistics as needed.
• Disseminates information to peers and direct reports; promotes proactive communication.
• Assists COO with customer bid requests and staffing/equipment planning.
• Delivers cross-functional collaboration with leadership to achieve goals.
