Job summary

Wind River Environmental, LLC is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead daily field operations, supervise drivers and field personnel, and build strong customer relationships across our environmental services, including grease trap pumping, septic services, and drain cleaning.

You will forecast revenue, manage job costs, and coordinate with dispatch and sales to maximize efficiency and profitability in a fast-moving, field-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field-based operations.
• Experience supervising a crew or managing field operations.
• Ability to forecast revenue and manage operational performance.
• Valid Class B CDL or higher.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily routes and work assignments for drivers and field personnel.
• Lead, coach and hold drivers and field personnel accountable for safety, service quality, productivity and operational standards.
• Monitor route efficiency, productivity and cost performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a primary operational point of contact.
• Quote and estimate work and support pricing decisions to drive profitable growth.
• Develop and manage weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Manage job costs, materials and changes needed during the work.
• Conduct monthly fleet and facility inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety, DOT, company operational standards and applicable local permitting and inspection requirements.
• Partner with dispatch and sales teams to maximize booking opportunities and operational efficiency.
• Respond to customer issues and operational challenges with urgency and professionalism.
• Train and develop team members and help build bench strength for future growth.
• Support the Operations Manager and be ready to step up when needed.
