Job summary

Wind River Environmental LLC is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to lead daily field operations, manage drivers and field staff, and ensure safe, efficient and profitable execution across our environmental services. You’ll coordinate routes, build customer relationships, and contribute to revenue forecasting and cost control while upholding safety and DOT standards.

The role requires 3+ years in field operations, CDL Class B, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field-based operations or related service industry.
• Experience supervising a crew or field operations.
• Strong leadership with coaching and accountability.
• Ability to forecast revenue and monitor operational performance.
• Experience estimating transportation or service-based work.
• Customer-facing role with responsive service mindset.
• Familiarity with pumping, drain cleaning, hydro excavation or similar field ops.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet operations.
• CDL Class B required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily routes and work assignments for drivers and field personnel.
• Lead, coach and develop team to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Monitor route efficiency, productivity and cost performance.
• Build strong customer relationships as the primary ops contact.
• Quote and estimate work; support pricing decisions for profitability.
• Develop and manage weekly/monthly revenue forecasts.
• Manage job costs, materials, changes, and workflow during projects.
• Conduct monthly fleet and facility inspections; ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with dispatch and sales to maximize bookings and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to customer issues and operational challenges.
