Wind River Environmental LLC, based in the United States, seeks a Field Operations Supervisor to lead daily field operations, oversee drivers and field staff, and ensure safe, efficient and profitable execution of environmental services.

You will balance field operations with transportation logistics, build strong customer relationships, monitor performance, and guide the team to meet schedules, budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field-based operations or related service industry.
• Experience supervising a crew or field operations.
• Ability to forecast revenue and manage operational performance.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet operations.
• Class B CDL required.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced field environment.
• Willingness to balance field work with customer service and dispatch coordination.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily routes and work assignments for drivers and field personnel.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality execution.
• Monitor route efficiency, productivity and cost performance.
• Build relationships with customers and serve as primary operations contact.
• Quote and estimate work and support pricing decisions to drive profitability.
• Develop and manage weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Manage job costs, materials and changes during work.
• Conduct monthly fleet and facility inspections.
• Ensure safety and DOT compliance.
• Partner with dispatch and sales to maximize bookings.
• Respond to customer issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Train and develop team members for future growth.
• Support the Operations Manager and be ready to step up when needed.
