Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Field Manager to lead and develop a team of Service Technicians, ensuring top-quality pest control service and safe, efficient field operations. You will oversee routes, schedules, and field performance while coaching technicians for service excellence and growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes accountability, safety, and customer experience, with a focus on compliance and high performance.

Qualifications

1+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience, including identifying sales opportunities and supporting lead generation for the sales team.
Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings, training sessions, and coaching to reinforce service quality, processes, and protocols.
Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings.
Monitor technician schedules and service routes, including high-priority and emergency services, run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
