EcoShield Pest Solutions in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of Service Technicians and Field Managers, directing daily routes and service delivery. This role emphasizes hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team centered on exceptional customer experience.

You will manage operations, coach staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities that support business growth while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years pest control experience and management preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving history.
• State-required pest control training/licensing provided, if applicable.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach and develop Service Technicians to support performance and goals.
• Provide ongoing field coaching and accountability for quality, safety and customer experience.
• Monitor route efficiency, service completion, retention and quality metrics with stakeholders.
• Support field operations by running routes, auditing tickets, and assisting with incident reporting.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions on delivery, scheduling and escalation within guidelines.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across service teams.
