Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Omaha, NE seeks a Service Manager to lead Field Managers and Service Technicians, overseeing daily routes and service delivery to our recurring customer base.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer experience and identifying growth opportunities. A valid driver’s license and pest control licensing are required or provided for training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support team performance and engagement.
• Provide ongoing field coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to ensure service quality and customer experience.
• Monitor operational performance including route efficiency, service completion, and customer retention.
• Support field operations by running service routes, auditing tickets, and managing expenses within budget.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions related to service delivery, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Promote adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements within the team.
