Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Manager to lead Field Managers and Service Technicians, ensuring daily routes are executed and services delivered to our recurring customers.

You will hire, train, and develop the team, drive service quality, route efficiency, safety, and customer experience while supporting growth initiatives. Base pay ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years pest control experience with prior management preferred.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving history.
• State-approved pest control licensing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Technicians and Field Managers to meet service goals.
• Oversee route efficiency, service quality, and safety.
• Coach, onboard, and develop the service team.
• Manage scheduling, escalations, and budget adherence.
