Job summary

Ruppert Landscape invites motivated students to join a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance. You will gain hands-on field experience alongside crews and also work in office settings, building skills in operations and customer service.

You will be mentored by experienced professionals, shadow various departments, and participate in professional development activities. The program emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and practical industry exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in working in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
